Our stay was quite pleasant, especially during the busy holiday season when this hotel was one of the few available at a reasonable price. The old-fashioned charm was a nice touch, and the atmosphere was friendly. On the downside, the room was a bit small and clunky, which might not be ideal for everyone, but the value for money was solid given the situation.

I stayed here between Christmas and New Year, and I was pleasantly surprised by the old-world charm of the hotel. The location was perfect, right at the main intersection of Braunlage, and the breakfast served was excellent, just like I expected from a German establishment. While the rooms were a bit clunky and tiny, they were clean and well-kept. Overall, it provided great value for the price, but don’t expect modern amenities or spacious accommodations.

It has a charming old-world vibe, and while the rooms were a bit tiny and had an old-fashioned feel, they were clean and adequate for my needs. The breakfasts were excellent, featuring typical German offerings, and the atmosphere was really friendly. Although it was the only hotel available during peak time, the value for money was quite decent for what I experienced.
